Right now, we remain in the glory and sheer euphoria of Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week and this Fall 2024 season is the gift that keeps on giving. The latest show to be unveiled, as per the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’s schedule, is Armani Privé. At 89, the legendary Italian continues to prove he’s at the top of his game. Tonight, Mr. Armani welcomed guests (including his friend and forever muse Cate Blanchett) inside the Palais de Tokyo for a truly splendid showcase. Titled “Pearls”, Armani crafted the entire collection this season with the precious gemstone in mind and conjured up a plethora of gowns ready for the red carpet – each in a sophisticated color palette of white, platinum, champagne and black. The astonishing beautiful floor-length numbers evoked the golden era of Hollywood, with some giving a wink to the 1920s.
