WHY is the actual capacity always a little bit smaller than listed?

For manufacture system：1GB=1000MB ; while for computer system is 1GB=1024MB, so the capacity recognized by the computer is less than listed. The actual capacity is about 90% of the listed capacity.

WHY sometime I can’t put a compressed file of 5GB into the flash drive of 32GB?

FAT32 is factory default drive format, under which single file cannot be over 4GB. When you need to store a single file over 4GB, we recommend to format the usb drive to the EXFAT or NTFS system, or divide the file into smaller one.
