The celebrated Brit designer continues to live rent free in the minds of the fashion pack, subsequent to the hype and immense success of her eponymous fashion label. After months and years of wait and speculation, Philo’s long-awaited return to the fashion world was finally bestowed upon us back in October 2023. Right now, we remain in the midst of the ‘Second Edit’ from the former Celine creative director, and the ‘Third Delivery’ of said collection is now live for us to fawn over.

#1 Bomber Jacket:
Cropped bomber jacket in dark olive recycled nylon. Double ended zip fastening, ribbed cuffs and hem. The jacket has rounded shoulders, full sleeves, is cut to sit on the waist and lightly padded for warmth and comfort. The fabric is finished with a PFC-free water-repellent coating ($2400.00).
#2 Strap Trousers:
Strap trousers in tobacco wool. Zips at the back run the length of the trousers from waistband to hem. Straps at the knee fasten with hooks and D-rings that can be unhooked. Pockets at the side and back. High waisted with a slouchy fit, when unzipped the trousers have a flared line. The fluid, midweight mohair wool is washed for a soft, laundered finish ($2400.00).
#3 Gig Pouch:
Gig pouch in chocolate brown leather with tonal suede lining and stitching, silver tone hardware, leather tie detail and a magnetic closure. The bag has one internal pocket and an adjustable shoulder strap ($2000.00).
#4 Utility Dropped Waist Vest:
Sleeveless utility vest in black cotton twill. Dropped waist with adjustable cord and patch pockets. The compact cotton has a subtle sheen ($2400.00).
#5 Razor Strip Trousers:
Fluid leather trousers. Constructed with razor strips of supple, fine nappa leather bonded to a chiffon base. The contrasting materials make for a semi-transparent effect. Loose, track trouser fit: designed to fall with a relaxed drape, the ease amplified by an elasticated waist ($8900.00).
#6 Gig Bag:
Gig bag in dun calf leather with tonal suede lining, tonal stitching, silver tone hardware, leather tie detail and zip closure. The bag has three softly structured compartments and can be worn on the shoulder at two different lengths ($3500.00).
#7 Tailored Coat with Dropped Waist:
Tailored coat in black wool with satin lapels. The coat is double breasted, with a lightly structured shoulder and a dropped contour waist. Two pockets at the front. The barathea wool has a subtle texture on the surface and a satin sheen on the reverse ($4500.00).
#8 Round Wedge:
Round wedge in black leather and suede with a 75mm wedge heel. The sandal has tonal suede thong straps and a wedge heel that is slightly slanted at the back. Distinctive wide toe ($990.00).
#9 Slip Dress:
Sheer long dress in black with a slit across the lower back. The dress has long sleeves with folded detail at the shoulders, a crew neck and is made from a fine gauge knit for a transparent finish. Cut to hug the body, it can also be worn as a top with the skirt draped at the front ($2400.00).
